A New Me

My dream for this book is to:

• Encourage teenagers to have open discussions with teachers, family and friends to enable them to discover their truth.
• Empower teenagers to express their emotions freely, and reflect on their thoughts and the root of them, with the desired effect being to unlock the chains of their bondage.
• Enlighten teenagers to understand the impact of past and present experiences and environment on their future.
• To equip teenagers with the tools to productively regulate their emotions and reactions. To see red flags and identify when they are off-balance so that they readily seek help.
